Žilvinas Bazaras
Žilvinas Bazaras (born April 22, 1946 in Kaunas , Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian engineer , professor and director of the Panevėžys Institute of Kaunas University of Technology.
Life
After graduating from the 2nd Panevėžys Middle School, Bazaras graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Kauno politechnikos institutas (KTU) in 1969 and became an electrical engineer, worked in the institute's training department. In February 1984 he received his doctorate at KPI on the subject of Suirimo ir deformavimo atsparumo statistinis įvertinimas, esant mažacikliniam apkrovimui and worked at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering from 1978 . He was a lecturer at the Department of Transport Engineering . He is the director of the Panevėžys Institute of the KTU and a professor .
