Zsolt Dér ( Serbian - Cyrillic Жолт Дер , Serbian Žolt Der [ ˈʒolt ˈdeːr ]; born March 25, 1983 in Subotica ) is a former Hungarian - Serbian cyclist .

Athletic career

Zsolt Dér, who was third in the Serbian-Montenegrin individual time trial championships in 2004 , drove for the Japanese Continental Team Team Nippo in the 2005 season and in the same year secured the title in the national individual time trial championships for the first time. For the 2006 season he switched to the Serbian team Endeka and again won the national championship in the individual time trial; he also managed to win a stage of the Tour of Serbia .

The year 2007, Dérs should be the most successful by then with stage wins at the International Presidency Turkey Tour and the Tour of Serbia as well as winning the one-day races Beograd – Banja Luka II and Grand Prix Betonexpressz 2000 ; he was also a Serbian road racing champion. From the 2008 season Dér drove for the Serbian Continental Team Centri della Calzatura-Partizan , for which he won a stage of the Greek stage race Tour of Chalkidiki and the Tour of Serbia .

From 2013 Zsolt Dér started with a Hungarian license. By then he had won three Serbian road racing titles and four in the individual time trial, but could not win any Hungarian national titles.
