The .204 Ruger cartridge is a very fast and precise rifle cartridge. The .204 Ruger is derived from the .222 Remington Magnum, which has a case length of 47 mm. The .204 Ruger has of course the same case length and not 49.99 mm as previously stated. The information in the English Wikipedia version was correct in this regard!
development
Developed by Ruger and Hornady , it was introduced as a varmint cartridge in 2004. The .222 Remington Magnum case served as the base .
Hunting use
In addition to the hunt for robbery , it is also suitable for foxes , if provided with the heavy bullets .
