1 + 1 is a Ukrainian television broadcaster that has been majority owned by oligarch Ihor Kolomojskyj since 2010 . It is one of the channels with the highest market share in Ukraine and can be received by 95 percent of the Ukrainian population.

The station was founded in August 1995 by Oleksandr Rodnjanskyj on the basis of the former state "First Channel" and began broadcasting in September of the same year. It became very popular from the very beginning, and since 1997 has occupied the second slot on Ukrainian television. Until 2004, broadcasts only took place from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.

1 + 1 International (int.1plus1.ua) is a similar broadcaster specifically aimed at the Ukrainian population abroad.

Both channels can be received in Europe, Israel and the US Atlantic coast via Amos 2 .
