1. divisjon

The 1st divisjon is the second highest ice hockey league in Norway . Only the GET league is above the 1st division. The next lower division is the 2nd division. Due to the higher quality of the game, numerous second representatives of GET-ligaen teams take part in the 1. divisjon games.
