A commercial building is located at 1 Dunira Street in the Scottish town of Comrie in the Council Area Perth and Kinross . In 1971 the structure was included in the Scottish monument lists in the highest monument category A.

There was a previous structure at the site, which however fell victim to a fire. P. McPherson commissioned the architects Honeyman, Keppie & Mackintosh with the planning of the current building. The construction was carried out in 1904 according to a design by Charles Rennie Mackintosh .
It is the corner house at the junction of Melville Square and Dunira Street , the main Comries street on which the A85 runs through the village. The facades of the two-story building are plastered with Harl . On the ground floor there is a shop with a large shop window along Dunira Street. The original interior of the shop has been preserved to this day. A wide, rounded bay window protrudes from the edge of the building . On the left is a two-storey, but lower part of the building. There are offices set up there. From the roof blind protrude gabled roof dormers on.
