The 2001 race

The Speinshart 24-hour moped race was one of the first moped races in Germany. It was organized from 1997 to 2010 in Barbaraberg near Speinshart by the Weekend Warriors motorcycle club.

history

In 1997 this race took place for the first time. Gradually it found many imitators. At the beginning it was a pure fun event with only eleven teams. The race was contested by more teams (at the end up to a hundred) with three drivers each from southern Germany and Austria. As a result, more extensive organization was necessary and a corresponding supporting program was offered.

procedure
