history
The magazine was founded in 1980 by Otto Walenta and Bernd Bonello as a market for classic automobiles and motorcycles . In issue 1/1993 it was renamed Oldtimer Markt . It is currently the highest-circulation classic car magazine in Europe . Oldtimer Markt appears monthly and, according to IVW 2/2020, has a sold circulation of 88,258 copies.
Oldtimer Markt is a sister magazine of Oldtimer Praxis , Oldtimer Traktor , British Classics and Last & Kraft .
