24th Rifle Brigade (Wehrmacht)
The 24th Rifle Brigade was a German infantry brigade during World War II .
History of the brigade
The brigade was set up on December 1, 1941 at the Stablack military training area in East Prussia as the command staff of Rifle Regiments 21 and 26 of the 24th Panzer Division .
The unit was renamed the 24th Panzer Grenadier Brigade after the end of training on July 5, 1942, before its frontline deployment .
