2MASS J13120707 + 3937445 is a brown dwarf in the constellation Hounds, about 68.24 light years from Earth . It was published in 2007 by Kelle L. Cruz et al. discovered.
It belongs to the spectral class L0; its surface temperature is 1300 to 2000 Kelvin . As with other brown dwarfs of the spectral class L, metal hydrides and alkali metals also dominate in its spectrum . Its position shifts by 0.0975 arc seconds annually due to its own motion .
