Music style and lyrics

Mika Luttinen from the Finnish band Impaled Nazarene and Magus Wampyr Daoloth from Necromantia , supported by Yannis Risidis and Divad, experiment with elements from the post-industrial , electronic and black metal areas. On the one hand, soundscapes are created with the synthesizer and, in contrast, aggressive metal elements are used.

The first track, Genocide - I Am God , is more aggressive and can be described as an electronic version of a song by Impaled Nazarene. Vinnum Sabbati, on the other hand, is quieter and has been compared to both dark ambient and oriental leads, the electronic effects of Satana's Lead Us Through with Front Line Assembly . Track 666 consists of 6:06 minutes of silence. The last track Χ - Ξ - ΣΤ turn be Dance -Beats used.

The lyrics are about magic , invocations of Satan and the view of a mocking God on people.

Reviews

In the Rites of Eleusis , Satana's Lead Us Through was highlighted and it was expressly pointed out that the album , which was described as " techno- robotical", would not appeal to every listener. According to Minda, editor of Wounded , the album should appear shocking and original to black metal fans; however, 666 is only partially original, as many other bands achieved better results when mixing electronic and dark music. The use of ordinary beats destroys the atmosphere in some places. As the debut of the project, however, the album was a success and Daoloth knew how to use the synthesizer.
