Añisoc (often also Añisok , in colonial times : Valladolid de los Bimbiles ) is a city in Equatorial Guinea . In 2012 it had a population of 16,626 people.
location
The city is located in the northwest of the Wele-Nzas Province on the mainland part of the state. It forms an important traffic junction in the north of the province.
history
The place was the last to be established by the Spanish in the 1940s before the colony gained independence in 1968.
climate
The city, which is close to the equator, has a tropical climate.
