ABVD scheme
The ABVD regimen is a chemotherapy regimen for Hodgkin's disease with a specific selection of cytostatic agents in four double cycles. The application is possible on an outpatient basis.
A driamycin | 25 mg / m² | iv | Day 1 + 15 |
B leomycin | 10 mg / m² | iv | Day 1 + 15 |
V inblastin | 6 mg / m² | iv | Day 1 + 15 |
D acarbazine | 375 mg / m² | iv | Day 1 + 15 |
(mg / m² = amount / body surface / day)
Since it through the use of dacarbazine excessive vomiting may occur, should always be - a - prophylactically to prevent a conditioning antiemetic from the group of 5-HT 3 receptor blockers ( Setrone be given).
