AB “Lėvuo” (after Lėvuo River ) is the second largest clothing trading company in Lithuania . The registered office is in Panevėžys ( Ramygalos g. 151) with branches in Vilnius , Kaunas , Klaipėda , Šiauliai .
Chains
AB "Lėvuo" has four different types of retail chains:
- "DORADO" - retail salons for gifts, home design and decorating
- "IMITZ" - clothing stores
- Franchise stores - " Gerry Weber ", " b.young ", " Etam RTW ", " Etam Lingerie ", " Koton ", " Motivi ", " Talli Weijl ", " Esprit ", "SIA", "Celio"
- GEDIMINO 22 - fashion and style store.
The company has 47 stores, of which 44 are in Lithuania (16 in Vilnius, 11 in Kaunas, 7 in Klaipėda, 6 in Panevėžys, 3 in Šiauliai, 1 in Utena ) and 3 in Latvia ( Riga ). The total area of the shops is 10,000 m². The company has a turnover of 39.4 million litas (2006). It had 380 employees (2007).
history
In 1977 the state-owned trading company "Lėvuo" (Valstybinė prekybos įmonė "Lėvuo") was founded. On May 18, 1992, valstybinė prekybos įmonė "Lėvuo" became akcinė bendrovė . In 2004 the owner Gražina Jašinskienė sold her shares to the “ MG Baltic ” concern . The company has been director of Deimantas Dalibogas since 2004. In 2006 “ MG Baltic Investment ” sold 47.89% shares to “Aura Estate” (head of Aurelijus Rusteika ). April 2006 Julius Dalibogas held 21.58% shares, Brigita Vaislevskienė and Juozapota Šemberienė 10% each and Ieva Dalibogaitė 7.06%.
