The ACME Group is a Lithuanian company in the IT and electronics sector based in Kaunas . Under the ACME Baltija brand, the company produces its own computer accessories and entertainment electronics (including smartphone accessories such as activity trackers or so-called power banks ) as well as small household appliances and light bulbs . In addition, the ACME Group is active as a distributor for products from well-known international companies such as Apple and Samsung in large parts of Eastern Europe .

history

The group of companies was founded in 1993 in the Lithuanian city of Kaunas . The ACME Baltija brand has been used for its own electronic products since 1997, and since 1998 the company has also been active as a local distributor for international companies. The product range of ACME Baltija today ranges from computer mice , keyboards , speaker systems and tablet PCs to light bulbs and small household appliances. In 2008 the company generated sales of over 190 million euros, which fell back to around 120 million euros by 2010 as a result of the economic crisis .
