The AIZ (full name: AIZ - Das Immobilienmagazin ) is one of the largest German trade magazines for the real estate industry with a print run of 10,000 copies . history

On November 24, 1924, the first edition of the Deutsche Immobilien-Zeitung (later: Allgemeine Immobilien-Zeitung) appeared as the "Journal of the Reich Association of German Makers" (later: Ring Deutscher Makler, RDM ). The newspaper was initially only delivered to the members of the broker association

In the 1960s, “Der Grundbesitz - Sein Broker und Verwalter” by the Association of German Brokers (VDM) appeared for the first time .

In September 2004, RDM and VDM merged to form the Immobilienverband Deutschland IVD Bundesverband eV The “Allgemeine Immobilien-Zeitung” and “Grundbesitz” became “AIZ - Das Immobilienmagazin”. The magazine changed from an association organ to a specialist magazine. Members receive the magazine free of charge.
