Products
The AMC Group initially produced stainless steel cooking sets and accessories, sold them directly and initially granted a lifelong guarantee on the products. The latter was later limited to 30 years in Germany due to the legal ban on granting longer guarantees. This applies worldwide to all stainless steel parts in the range, i.e. pots, pans, bowls and bowls. The AMC products Visiotherm, Audiotherm and Navigenio are guaranteed for two years.

In a test carried out by Stiftung Warentest in 2009 , the AMC cooking system was rated “Good”. AMC was once again awarded third place among 17 products tested. One point of criticism from the product testers is the high price for the pots compared to products from competitors. In the opinion of the testers, the product properties of the AMC cooking units are not a unique selling point . For this reason, the price is not considered to be justified by the testers.
AMC refers to additional services for the customer. This includes a 30-year guarantee on the pots, a cooking demonstration with the products to be purchased in the private rooms of the customers who would be instructed in the special features of the special cooking technology with the pots and fully automatic cooking, an information package including an AMC cookbook and permanent personal support from AMC employees.
