The AMP Society Building is a historic structure in the Victorian city ​​center of the New Zealand city of Oamaru in the Otago region .

It was built in 1886 as an office building for the Australian Mutual Provident Society based on designs by the architects Forrester & Lemon in the Victorian style typical of the historic city center of Oamarus .

The marble group of figures that crown the corner of the building is one of the few examples of statues used as building adornments in Oamaru. The building also has the last remaining wooden veranda in Oamaru.

Today the building is used by the North Otago Club for their club rooms. There is a café in the corner area.

On July 2, 1987, the building was classified as a Category 1 Monument (Historic Place Category I) by the New Zealand Historic Places Trust under number 2278 .
