ANISA

ANISA - Association for Alpine Research , based in Haus, deals with archaeological , folklore and historical field research in the Alpine region.

The association was founded in 1980 with the aim of securing rock art in the Northern Limestone Alps ; he publishes the ANISA Bulletin , organizes excursions and exhibitions and publishes books. Publications of the association can be found in the libraries of the German-speaking countries, especially Austria, in many cases.

The association is a member of the International Federation of Rock Art Organizations .
