ASA Astrosysteme GmbH is an Austrian manufacturer of astronomical telescopes and mounts based in Neumarkt im Mühlkreis .

The founder and owner is Egon Döberl, who founded the company in Upper Austria in 1999 . The company manufactures and sells various instruments for professional astronomy as well as amateur astronomy . ASA instruments are used, among other things, to determine satellite positions, detect space debris , exoplanet research, planetary defense from ESA , ESO , Space Situation Center , United States Air Force Academy , Polish Academy of Sciences , DLR , and observatories worldwide.
