The ASB Classic 2016 was the name of a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour 2016 for women and a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2016 for men in Auckland . The ladies' tournament took place from January 4th to 9th, the men's tournament from January 11th to 16th, 2016.
