Aktüel Televizyonu , or atv for short, is a Turkish television station .
history
atv was founded in 1993 by Dinç Bilgin . Atv has been part of the Turkuvaz Medya Group, a Çalık Holding company, since 2007 . The European offshoot of atv atv Avrupa can be received throughout Europe via satellite or cable connection . The program is almost identical to that of atv.

Particularly successful series of the station are or were Hayat Devam Ediyor , Uçurum , Karadayi , Alemin Kıralı , Son, Çocuklar Duymasın and Kurtlar Vadisi - Pusu ("Valley of the Wolves - Ambush"). The Turkish adaptation of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? "Kim Miliyoner olmak ister?" Which is broadcast three times a week. After that, atv also showed the American series Flashforward .
