The building is on the eastern side of Aachener Strasse between Heinrichstrasse and Baldericher Strasse.
architecture
It is a slightly rectangular, two-and-a-half-story house with a hipped roof and gables . The building is brick-faced with strips of yellow brick enclosed. As one of the oldest buildings on Aachener Straße, the house is a valuable document of the former development of this street section.
