Aalberts NV is a Dutch industrial company and was founded in 1981 by Jan Aalberts as a holding company for the company "Mifa". Mifa, also founded by Aalberts, has been selling extruded aluminum profiles from its headquarters in Venlo since 1975. From 1987 the company was listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange . The product range was expanded again and again through company acquisitions in the following decades. Today, Aalberts offers pipe systems, fittings , control technology and surface treatment services. Aalberts is now part of the AMX index .
