Jean Ghislain Delcuve OFMCap (born December 24, 1895 in Mons , Belgium , † August 13, 1963 ) was a Belgian religious and Roman Catholic Vicar Apostolic of Ubanghi Belga .

Life

Jean Ghislain Delcuve joined the religious order of the Capuchin in and received on 28 February 1920, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On June 21, 1948, Pope Pius XII appointed him . the titular bishop of Bargylia and Vicar Apostolic of Ubanghi Belga. The auxiliary bishop in Mechelen , Jean Marie Van Cauwenbergh , donated him episcopal ordination on August 10 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Lahore , Hector Catry OFMCap, and Vicar Emeritus of Niangara , Robert Constant Lagae OP .

Jean Ghislain Delcuve resigned as Vicar Apostolic of Ubanghi Belga in January 1958.
