Anthony Aaron Lines (born November 17, 1977 in Fort McMurray , Alberta ) is a Canadian country musician . He's been around since 2001 and has been signed to several record labels including RCA, BNA, and On Ramp Records. With three of his singles he reached a placement on the Hot Country Songs chart in the USA .

Music career

Love Changes Everything

His debut album Love Changes Everything was released in Canada in 2001 by Combustion Music. The first two singles "Love Changes Everything" and "I Can Read Your Heart" got off to a very successful start on Canadian country radio stations. Lines was nominated for Best New Country Musician at the 2002 Juno Awards and Best New Artist at the 2002 Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) Awards.

Living Out Loud

When his success in Canada subsided, he went to the USA to sign a new record deal. He appeared on a show for RCA Records in May 2001. The next day the record company offered him a contract. Aaron Lines immediately began work on his second album, Living Out Loud , which was released on January 7, 2003. The album reached ninth place on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The first single, You Can't Hide Beautiful , even reached fourth place on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. The album was also a resounding success in Canada, and Lines received six nominations for the CCMA Awards and the Kraft Cheez Whiz Fans' Choice Award. He received the awards in September 2003. Aaron Lines was named 2003 Male Artist of the Year. In 2003 Lines appeared as the inaugural musician for Martina McBride's Greatest Hits Tour .

Waitin on the wonderful

Aaron Line's third album Waitin on the Wonderful was released on September 6, 2005. The album only reached a ranking of 37 and was not released in the US. Meanwhile in Canada the first three singles of the album reached the Top Ten of the Canadian Country Singles Charts. Aaron Lines was the most played country musician on Canadian country stations in 2005. At the 2006 CCMA Awards, Aaron Lines was again nominated for the Kraft Cheez Whiz Fans Choice Award.

Moments That Matter

Aaron Lines moved back from Nashville to Canada in 2006 to work on his fourth album, Moments That Matter . The album was released on June 12, 2007 and marketed by Fontana Distribution. The first single, "Cheaper to Keep Her," became Aaron Line's first number 1 hit. Moments That Matter was nominated for the 2008 Juno Award for Country Recording of the Year.

Sunday afternoon

Aaron Line's fifth studio album, Sunday Afternoon , was released on March 16, 2010 by On Ramp Records.
