Abatiku is a small island that belongs to the Abemama Atoll in the Gilbert Islands in the Republic of Kiribati .

Abatiku is a motu that forms the western tip of the atoll. The island has a parabolic base with an elongated southeastern tip. The reef crown continues from there to the southeast to the South Passage , where the island of Bike joins. The settlement of the same name with approx. 190 inhabitants (2010) with a church and a community center (Maneaba) is located on the island.
