Abdel Moneim el Honi
Abdel Moneim el Honi is a former Libyan diplomat .
During his diplomatic career, he was, among other things, the permanent representative of Libya to the Arab League in Cairo . In the course of the civil war in Libya , he resigned from this post to protest against state violence against the demonstrators.
