Abdul Hamid Othman
Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Othman ( Arabic عبد الحميد عثمان; * 1939 ; † 2011 ) was a Malaysian politician. He was Minister of State and Adviser to the Prime Minister of Malaysia on Islamic Affairs.
He was one of the Fellows of the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought (Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought), Jordan .
He was one of the 138 signatories of the open letter a common word between us and you ( Engl. A Common Word Between Us and You ), the personalities of Islam to "leaders of Christian churches everywhere" (Engl. "Leaders of Christian Churches, everywhere ... ") (October 13, 2007).
