Abhishek Pal (born July 15, 1997 in Uttar Pradesh ) is an Indian athlete who competes in long-distance running .

Athletic career

Abhishek Pal gained his first international experience at the 2013 Asian Youth Games in Nanjing , where he won the bronze medal in the 3000 meter run in 8: 45.72 minutes . At the Junior Asian Championships in Ho Chi Minh City in 2016 , he won the silver medal in the 10,000 meter run in 31: 24.06 minutes and finished 22nd at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz in 30: 22.86 minutes. Rank. In 2019 at the Asian Championships in Doha he finished eighth over 10,000 meters in 29: 51.28 min and sixth over 5000 meters in 13: 56.09 min.
