Wear history
The wear history shows the wear and tear and the associated reduction in quality of objects such as real estate and machines .
The wear and tear is caused by chemical and / or physical processes.
Depending on the intensity of the chemical and physical processes as well as the materiality and manufacturing quality, the following different types of wear and tear result:
- linearly falling course (e.g. in the case of corrosion processes )
- progressively falling course (e.g. wear and tear of a facade )
- s-curve course (mixed form of a degressively falling and progressively falling course, e.g. for a gear )
- angular course (e.g. LED )
as well as mixed forms of this.
Maintenance measures can positively change the wear and tear.
