Abraham Tillier (politician, 1594)

Abraham Tillier (born May 18, 1594 in Bern , † 1654 in Bern) was a Swiss politician and came from the Bernese patrician family Tillier .

Life

Tillier was the son of David Tillier, a baker and mayor from Büren. Abraham Tillier became a saddler and in 1632 Obervogt von Schenkenberg .

Tillier married Veronika Seelos in 1613. The marriage resulted in nine children. His eighth child was Abraham Tillier , who was born in 1634 . His second marriage to Katharina Lerber in 1640 remained childless.
