The Intrum Stockholm Open 2018 was a tennis tournament that took place in Stockholm from October 15-21, 2018 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2018 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week the Kremlin Cup was played in Moscow and the European Open in Antwerp . The Intrum Stockholm Open belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champions were Juan Martín del Potro in singles and the pairing Oliver Marach and Mate Pavić in doubles.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round.

The qualification took place on October 13 and 14, 2018. Four qualifying places were played that entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There was also a lucky loser.
