The European Open 2018 was a tennis tournament that took place in Antwerp from October 15 to 21, 2018 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2018 and will be played indoors on a hard court. In the same week were in Stockholm the Intrum Stockholm Open and in Moscow the Kremlin Cup played that just like the tournament in Antwerp category ATP World Tour 250 counted.

The defending champions were Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in singles and Scott Lipsky and Divij Sharan in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round.

qualification

The qualification took place from October 13-14, 2018. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There were also three lucky losers.
