The European Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Antwerp from October 14-20, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. In the same week were in Stockholm the Intrum Stockholm Open and in Moscow the VTB Kremlin Cup played that just like the tournament in Antwerp category ATP World Tour 250 counted.

The defending champions were Kyle Edmund in singles and Nicolas Mahut and Édouard Roger-Vasselin in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round.

The qualification took place from October 13-14, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
