The ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Rotterdam from February 11th to 17th . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played indoors on hard court. The same week the New York Open was played in New York City and the Argentina Open in Buenos Aires . Both belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the tournament in Rotterdam belonged to the higher endowed ATP World Tour 500 category .

Roger Federer was defending champion in singles, while Pierre-Hugues Herbert and Nicolas Mahut were victorious in doubles last year.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was 1,961,160 euros; the total financial liabilities were EUR 2,098,480.

qualification

The qualification took place from February 9-10, 2019. Four qualifier places were played out in singles and one place in doubles, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
