The Delray Beach Open 2019 (officially Delray Beach Open by vitacost.com ) was a tennis tournament that took place in Delray Beach from February 18 to 24, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Rio Open was played in Rio de Janeiro and the Open 13 in Marseille . The latter, like the Delray Beach Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the Rio Open belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Frances Tiafoe was the defending champion in singles, Jack Sock and Jackson Withrow were successful in doubles the previous year.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize money was $ 582,550; total financial liabilities were $ 651,215.

The qualification took place from February 16-17, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
