The Millennium Estoril Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Estoril from April 29th to May 5th, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on a clay court. In the same week, the BMW Open was played in Munich , which, like the Millennium Estoril Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

The defending champion in singles was João Sousa , in doubles last year Kyle Edmund and Cameron Norrie won the title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each received a bye in the first round. The total prize money was 524,340 euros; the total financial liabilities were 586,140 euros.

The qualification took place on April 27 and 28, 2019. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
