The Estoril Open 2011 was a tennis tournament that took place from April 25th to May 1st, 2011 in Oeiras . It was part of the 2011 ATP World Tour and was played outdoors on clay. In the same week the Serbia Open was played in Belgrade and the BMW Open in Munich , which, like the Estoril Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Albert Montañés , who played this year in the parallel tournament in Belgrade. In the final, the Argentine Juan Martín del Potro met the Spaniard Fernando Verdasco and was able to prevail 6: 2, 6: 2. The defending champions in doubles were the Spaniards Marc López and David Marrero . They also made it to the final in 2011, but lost to Eric Butorac and Jean-Julien Rojer in two sets.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 28 players. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 398,250 euros; the total financial liabilities were 450,000 euros.

The qualification took place from April 23-25, 2011. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
