In the individual final, the top seeded David Ferrer prevailed against Nicolás Almagro in three sets and thus defended his title from last year. It was his second ATP tournament victory this year and the eleventh overall in his career. In doubles, Łukasz Kubot and Oliver Marach were the defending champions, but they were eliminated in the quarterfinals this year. In this year's final Victor Hănescu and Horia Tecău won against Marcelo Melo and Bruno Soares . This was their first joint ATP title.
The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 32 players, that of the double competition consisted of 16 pairs. The total prize pool was $ 1,100,000 and total financial liabilities were $ 1,226,500.
The qualification took place from February 19-20, 2011. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There were also four lucky losers.
