The Abierto Mexicano Telcel 2007 was a tennis tournament that took place from February 26th to March 3rd, 2007 in Acapulco . It was part of the ATP Tour 2007 and was played on clay court as part of the ATP World Tour 500 .

Defending champion in singles was Luis Horna , in doubles it was František Čermák and Leoš Friedl . Fourth seeded Juan Ignacio Chela was the winner in the singles , in the doubles the pairing Potito Starace and Martín Vassallo Argüello clearly won 6: 0, 6: 2 against the top seeded Czech pairing Lukáš Dlouhý and Pavel Vízner .

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. Prize money of US $ 690,000 was awarded. The ATP supervisor was Paulo Pereira. With Carlos Moyá , Luis Horna , Agustín Calleri and Juan Ignacio Chela , four former tournament winners took part.
