Tomáš Cibulec (born January 15, 1978 in Havířov , then ČSSR ) is a former Czech tennis player .
Career
From the beginning of his career in 1996, Cibulec only focused on the doubles competition. In San Marino he won his first ATP title together with Leoš Friedl in 2000 . In 2002 he reached the semi-finals at the French Open with Leander Paes . In 2003 Cibulec celebrated two tournament victories in Stuttgart and Copenhagen alongside Pavel Vízner . The duo also made it to the finals in Marseille and Auckland in the same year . By 2007, Cibulec had five more finals with various double partners, all of which were lost.
Cibulec reached its highest world ranking position on March 17th, 2003 with rank 21.
