The Open 13 2011 was a tennis tournament that took place from February 14th to 20th, 2011 in Marseille . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2011 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week, the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships were played in Memphis and the Copa Claro in Buenos Aires . The latter, like the Open 13, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Michaël Llodra was the defending champion in the singles, but this year he was eliminated in the quarter-finals against the eventual winner Robin Söderling , who prevailed in the final against Marin Čilić in three sets . This was Söderling's third ATP title this year and his ninth overall. Llodra was also defending champion in doubles together with Julien Benneteau , but he did not appear this year. Benneteau moved into the final again together with Jo-Wilfried Tsonga , but lost in a close match against Robin Haase and Ken Skupski . For Haase and Skupski, who defended a match point in the final, it was the first joint ATP title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the double competition consisted of 16 pairs.
