The Open 13 2017 was a tennis tournament that took place in Marseille from February 20 to 26, 2017 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2017 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week the Rio Open and Delray Beach the Delray Beach Open were played in Rio de Janeiro . The latter, like the Open 13, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the Rio Open belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Nick Kyrgios was the defending champion in singles, in doubles the pairing of Mate Pavić and Michael Venus won last year.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players each received a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 620,660 euros; the total financial liabilities were 691,850 euros.

The qualification took place from February 18-19, 2017. Four qualifying places were played that entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
