Philipp Oswald (born January 23, 1986 in Feldkirch ) is an Austrian tennis player .

Professional career

Oswald has so far been particularly successful in doubles. So far, he has won 27 titles on the Challenger Tour , 13 of them with his compatriot Martin Fischer . With Guillermo García-López he won his first tournament on the ATP World Tour in São Paulo in March 2014 . The second title was won in Nice in May . In February 2015, he won his third title in Rio de Janeiro . Two years later he won the title in Quito with James Cerretani . He achieved the highest ranking in doubles so far in February 2015 with 37th place.

In December 2019, Oswald and ex-player Werner Eschauer spoke of several attempts to win him over to match - fixing as part of the men's tennis betting scandal.
