The Kremlin Cup 2017 (officially: VTB Kremlin Cup ) was a tennis tournament that took place from October 17 to 23, 2017 at the Olimpijski in Moscow . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2017 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week were in Stockholm the If Stockholm Open and in Antwerp the European Open played. The Kremlin Cup was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in singles was Pablo Carreño Busta , in doubles the pairing was Juan Sebastián Cabal and Robert Farah .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players each received a bye into the second round.

qualification

The qualification took place from October 14-15, 2017. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There was also a lucky loser.
