The US Men's Clay Court Championships 2017 (officially: Fayez Sarofim & Co US Men's Clay Court Championship ) were a tennis tournament that took place in Houston from April 10th to 16th, 2017 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2017 and was played outdoors on a clay court. In the same week the Grand Prix Hassan II was played in Marrakech , which, like the US Men's Clay Court Championships, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Last year's winners were Juan Mónaco in singles and Bob and Mike Bryan in doubles .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize pool was $ 535,625; total financial liabilities were $ 600,345.

The qualification took place from April 8th to 9th, 2017. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
