The US Men's Clay Court Championships 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place in Houston from April 3rd to 11th, 2010 . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on a clay court. In the same week the Grand Prix Hassan II was played in Casablanca , which, like the US Men's Clay Court Championships, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Lleyton Hewitt was the defending champion in the singles, but he was eliminated in the quarterfinals against eventual winner Juan Ignacio Chela . He defeated the local Sam Querrey in three sets with 5: 7, 6: 4 and 6: 3 in the final . This was the fifth victory for Querrey on the ATP World Tour. In doubles, Bob and Mike Bryan were able to successfully defend their title from the previous year, making them tournament winners in Houston for the third time. In the final they were able to prevail against Stephen Huss and Wesley Moodie .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize pool was $ 442,500; total financial liabilities were $ 500,000.

The qualification took place from April 1st to 3rd, 2010. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament. There were also two lucky losers.
