The winner of the first edition in the singles was Mardy Fish , who won the final against his compatriot John Isner in three sets with 4: 6, 6: 4, 7: 6 4 . Fish won his fifth title of his career and the second of the year after winning at Newport . In the final of the doubles competition, Scott Lipsky and Rajeev Ram prevailed against Rohan Bopanna and Kristof Viegen . They won their first joint title together.
The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize pool was $ 531,000 and the total financial debt was $ 600,000.
The qualification took place from July 17th to 19th, 2010. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
