The AEGON Championships 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from June 7th to 13th, 2010 at the Queen’s Club in London . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on grass. The same week the Gerry Weber Open was played in Halle , which, like the AEGON Championships, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Andy Murray , who was eliminated in the round of 16 this year. In this year's final, the unseeded Sam Querrey won against the number eight seeded Spaniard Feliciano López in straight sets 7: 6, 3 and 7: 5. This was Querrey's third tournament victory this year and his fifth overall on the professional tour. In doubles, Wesley Moodie and Michail Juschny no longer competed together to defend their title. This year the duo Novak Đoković and Jonathan Erlich won the final against Karol Beck and David Škoch in three sets. The two thus won their only joint title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 56 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 24 pairs. The 8 top seeded players in singles or pairings in doubles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize money was 604,460 euros, the total financial liabilities were 713,950 euros.
